Now you need a software that can change your WC3 TFT(the frozen throne) background and also your WC3 ROC (reign of chaos). download first the RU-Theme-Wizard.zip. After downloading extract Ru-theme-wizard.rar to Warcraft Folder. Inside the WC3 folder you can now find the RU-Theme Folder open it then click the Ru Theme Application.
